3. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
4. You don't have to be a Melbourne resident to make a contribution.

5. Please be advised that no individual or business can contribute more than $1,000 to a single candidate per election cycle.
